Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, on the Account screen, under Delete everything. Deletion is immediate on our systems and it cannot be undone. If you cannot reach that screen for any reason, write to the address above and we will do it for you.

A note on what this is

The Atman Method is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, or crisis support, and it does not provide any of these. If you are in crisis, in the United States you can call or text 988 at any time to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
