The Atman Method · Operated by ATZMON LLC · theatmanmethod.com

Effective August 7, 2026 Last updated August 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ATZMON LLC (“ATZMON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you use The Atman Method, available at theatmanmethod.com (the “Service”). The Service is a software application that guides you through structured self-reflection conversations and produces a written personal output (a “manifesto”).

Scope. This Policy governs only the website at theatmanmethod.com. It does not govern The Atman Method iOS application, which collects different information and retains it differently. If you use the iOS app, the policy that applies to you is the App Privacy Policy. Where the two documents differ, each governs its own product.

The Service is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, or crisis support, and it does not provide any of these. Please read our Terms of Service and the notice shown before each conversation for important information about the nature and limits of the Service.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. We do not knowingly permit use by anyone under 18. The Service is not offered to, and we take technical steps to block access from, the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the State of Washington. If you are located in a blocked jurisdiction, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information

Conversation content

Output

Payment information

Contact information

Device and technical information

When you use the website, our systems receive and in some cases record the following automatically. None of it includes anything you write or say, and none of it is shared with advertisers, analytics companies, or data brokers.

Referrer URL. The address of the page you were on immediately before arriving at the Service, which your browser sends automatically. We use it to understand how people find the Service. We want to be plain about what this can mean: where a person came from can itself suggest something about why they came, and for a service about self-reflection that is not a neutral fact. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not share it, and we do not combine it with your conversation content. It is retained for as long as your account exists and is deleted when you delete your account.

3. Sensitive Personal Information

Some of the information you share may be “sensitive personal information” under California law and comparable state laws, in particular, information concerning your mental or emotional health, the contents of your communications, and (if you use voice input) biometric information. We use this information only to provide the Service you have requested, to generate your manifesto and related outputs for you. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you, to build a profile, for advertising, or for any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your conversation content, voice audio, or manifesto to train artificial-intelligence models, for marketing, or for testimonials, and we will not use your content for any testimonial or promotional purpose without your separate, specific, written consent.

5. Service Providers and Disclosure of Information

We share information with third-party service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, only as needed to provide the Service. These providers, and the information they handle, are:

We may also disclose information: (a) to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request; (b) to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person, including in situations involving risk of harm; (c) to enforce our Terms of Service; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy or provide you notice.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

When you complete a conversation on the website, we delete the conversation transcript from our database and retain only your manifesto. If a session is left unfinished, we retain it. You can resume it for seven days; after that it stays in your account and is no longer offered back to you. This applies to the website only. The iOS application retains conversations; see the App Privacy Policy.

You may permanently delete your account and all associated content at any time by writing to privacy@theatmanmethod.com. A person reads that address, and we will confirm when it is done. You may also request deletion by contacting us at privacy@theatmanmethod.com; we will honor verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law and in any event no later than 45 days. Some information may be retained by our providers for a limited period for security or legal-compliance purposes, or as required to retain payment records. Deleted data is removed from our database backups within 14 days.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest through our infrastructure providers and access controls that limit access to your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to know or access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and because we use sensitive personal information only to provide the Service you request, certain rights (such as opting out of sale/sharing) do not apply to our practices.

To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@theatmanmethod.com. We will verify your request as required by law before acting on it. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at privacy@theatmanmethod.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where required by law or appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

11. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Policy or our privacy practices, contact us at:

For questions about the data we hold about you, or to request access to or deletion of that data, write to privacy@theatmanmethod.com. A person reads that address.
